What's Returnable

  • Unburned candles in their original vessel
  • Unopened diffusers, sprays, and wax melts
  • Gift sets in original packaging

What's Not Returnable

  • Candles that have been burned
  • Opened diffusers or sprays
  • Custom or seasonal one-of-one items
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

How to Start a Return

  2. Tell us your order number and the reason
  3. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  4. Drop off at any USPS or UPS location
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Damaged in Transit?

We pour with extra love and pack with care, but if anything arrives broken, snap a photo and email [email protected] — we'll send a replacement that day, free.
